Our Goal
The Post-Award Team provides comprehensive financial management for faculty and Principal Investigators (PIs) within the College of Engineering and Information Technology (COEIT). We manage the lifecycle of sponsored research grants, self-support funds, and foundation accounts.
Comprehensive Award Management
We support faculty from the initial award receipt through final project closeout by:

Financial Oversight: Monitoring expenditures for compliance, reconciling accounts, and forecasting future spending.

Grant Administration: Managing re-budgets, no-cost extensions, and required financial reporting.

Compliance & Closeout: Ensuring all expenditures are allowable and preparing final financial reports.
